본 약관은 syRadar(이하 "앱")의 이용에 관한 조건 및 절차를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
앱은 공개 암호화폐 시장 데이터에 AI 패턴 인식 기술을 적용한 데이터 분석 도구입니다.
본 앱은 공개된 시장 데이터를 바탕으로 통계 및 AI 분석 결과를 있는 그대로 제공하는 '데이터 보조 소프트웨어'입니다.
제공되는 모든 정보와 패턴 감지 결과는 참고용 데이터일 뿐이며, 네트워크 상태나 시스템 환경에 따라 데이터의 정확성, 완전성, 실시간성을 100% 보장하지 않습니다.
사용자는 본 앱이 제공하는 데이터를 전적으로 본인의 재량과 판단하에 활용해야 합니다.
앱(개발자)은 서비스 지연, 데이터 오차, 또는 앱의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 내린 사용자의 어떠한 결정이나 그에 따른 결과에 대하여 일체의 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.
앱의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 콘텐츠에 대한 모든 권리는 syRadar에 귀속됩니다.
운영 상 필요한 경우 사전 통지 없이 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
약관이 변경될 경우 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
본 약관의 해석 및 앱의 이용과 관련하여서는 대한민국의 법률을 적용합니다.
본 약관에 관한 소송은 개발자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할법원으로 합니다.

These terms govern the use of syRadar ("the App").
The App is a data analysis tool that applies AI pattern recognition to publicly available cryptocurrency market data.
This App is a 'data utility software' that provides statistical and AI analysis results based on publicly available market data, presented as-is.
All information and pattern detection results are reference data only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or real-time availability of data, which may vary depending on network conditions and system environment.
Users shall utilize the data provided by this App entirely at their own discretion and judgment.
The App (developer) assumes no legal liability whatsoever for service delays, data discrepancies, or any decisions made by users based on the App's analysis results and their consequences.
All rights to the App's software, design, and content belong to syRadar.
We may modify or discontinue the service without prior notice when operationally necessary.
Changes to these terms will be communicated through in-app notices.

The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these terms and the use of the App.
Any lawsuits regarding these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's address.
